Mtre Jean-François V.-Pronovost obtained a bachelor's degree in industrial relations in 2004, followed by a law degree in 2006. Over the course of his studies, he was a recipient of several awards, including that attributed to the student having obtained the highest average within the notarial studies program. He then undertook a master’s degree in notarial law in 2008 for which his thesis research topic focused on economic relationships between de facto spouses. Upon completion of his studies, he joined Gagné Isabelle Patry Laflamme & Associés to complete his articling requirements.

Becoming a notary in 2009, he joined the firm’s real estate law team. Working closely with this group, he brings a pragmatic approach, emphasizing customer needs, and seeks tailored and innovative solutions. His interests include the areas of family and co-ownership law.
