Mtre Luc Lavallée, Notary, LL.L., D.D.N., graduated in notarial law from the University of Ottawa in 1986. He devotes himself to real estate law: his clientele includes individuals as well as real estate promoters and residential development projects. For many years, he taught contract law at the University of Ottawa, as well as the legal aspects of an Offer to Purchase to real estate agents at the Collège de l’Outaouais. Mtre Lavallée, a well-recognised name in real estate law in Outaouais, demonstrates his expertise in every transaction.
