Mtre Paul D. Gagné, Notary, B. Com., LL.L., D.D.N., completed his training in business administration at the University of Ottawa in 1968 and graduated in notarial law at the same university in 1973. His extensive knowledge is sought after in the areas of legal agreements as well as in the financing of companies and properties. He has close ties with the Chambre des notaires du Québec, the organization that regulates the notarial profession in the province of Québec. Within NOTARIUS, the Corporation des technologies de la Chambre des notaires duQuébec, he represents Quebec notaries in relation to their technological needs. Finally, in relation to the activities led by the Chambre des notaires du Québec, he prepared and delivered a professional development course on the impact the GST had on the notarial profession.
